I think it’s important to point out that this ruling allows the trial to happen. The actual trial itself isn’t even close to starting yet! Yet this article (unsurprisingly) makes it sound like the plaintiffs won the case and everything is going to change now, which is wrong and dumb and what the hell is wrong with you.

The plaintiffs are technically correct (which is the best kind of correct), but this lawsuit is still absurdly frivolous.

How shocking to learn that the thing that very obviously didn’t happen is suspected by police of not happening.

Which is an easy fix compared to a wire snapping internally.

For $200, hall-effect joysticks would’ve been REAL nice. 

Shorter battery life does suck, but the fact that you can swap out the analog stick modules when they inevitably start drifting is a big plus for me. Maybe Gulikit will be able to make Hall Effect/Electromagnetic modules like they did for the Steam Deck.

I got a 20' usb-c cable and I haven’t looked back tbh. No idea what a “battery life” is.
