Late-80s early-90s cinema is back, baby!

Adult HP fans want this because their entire personality is being a steadfast consumer. However, each statement Rowling releases steadily deflates the numbers from the initial phenomenon. It’s still a large number (at least to hold afloat a mediocre child-boarding-school simulator), but it’s mostly die-hards.

It’s not weird, though. She peaked at Goblet of Fire. Everything after that could have used a better editor willing to rein her in. Didn’t need chapters of Harry being a pissy brat in OOTP/HBP.

He was in such treacly romcoms, it’s actually pretty refreshing how much of a grump he is in real life.

Hell, even well-written sitcoms telegraph jokes, because humor is as much about cadence as it is about the writing.

Five minutes is all I need

I Love Lucy still makes me laugh, and I’ve recently found myself loving the Dick van Dyke show. Edgy based on current standards? Absolutely not. But good fundamentals.

Lots of games are buggy, Andromeda was too but that’s pretty par for the course with open-world. Gameplay was as best as it’s ever been (and I’m hoping ME4 takes some cues). Metaverse (By Zuckerberg) is such a joke. It’s most likely is that this was Disney trying to implement the Zuckerverse. Disney’s a huge megacorp and all, but if anybody could implement a truly immersive media experience implemented by VR it’s James Cameron (then Disney).

Godfrey, Godrick or Gideon on their own would warrant an “Oh yeah, these are real names”. All three in the span of 15 seconds definitely shows that he’s referencing the game.

Production seasons, likely. Lots of reality shows have multiple seasons in a year. Years are also known to have at least 4 seasons, it is currently Spring.
