After playing 3, I’ve killed that Asari every single time (except for my very first paragon in Legendary) because of that. It almost makes Renegade!Shep justified in the fact that most renegade options are Shep asking you while waving a gun at you.

I mean Asari live for over a millennia, and Liara was just barely 100 in ME1 and played a role in, essentially, setting up the program as a backup in case the reaper war didn’t end well for the Milky Way.

Never said only. But given the stark whiteness of the Midwest and South compared to the more cosmopolitan Northeast and Egalitarian and Brown West, I expect a more overt racism in the Midwest and South. Particularly with rules of land ownership and the basis of wealth.

You might need to reconsider the plot of the entire series. The most primary theme is inevitability. The third game acts as a finale during. The interactions we have with characters serves as their story. That we get small moments with them that reference the thousands of other variables in the story seems enough…

I believe you can’t hit the level cap in ME1 on a single playthrough (which is odd because they said you should be able to), but for my first playthrough of Legendary I hit level 29 (of 30), it just had the same crazy high XP requirement to 30.

Sometimes people die in narratives. Giving them redemption (Mordin) or a final hurrah (Thane) is fine.
