Never said only. But given the stark whiteness of the Midwest and South compared to the more cosmopolitan Northeast and Egalitarian and Brown West, I expect a more overt racism in the Midwest and South. Particularly with rules of land ownership and the basis of wealth.

It’s almost preferable that they’re actual transphobes/bigots issuing these laws genuinely. That way there’s a chance they can change their mind. Instead they’re likely people that don’t particularly care, but know that this will get votes and play it up.

You might need to reconsider the plot of the entire series. The most primary theme is inevitability. The third game acts as a finale during. The interactions we have with characters serves as their story. That we get small moments with them that reference the thousands of other variables in the story seems enough

Pretty sure that’s why rebelled against England.

Yeah, I’d reckon most pageants in the South and Midwest have racist as hell roots. But I’m not going to blame kids and socially-obligated young adults for participating in something that lost its racist overtones decades ago.

Good call! Let me fire up the ol’ Netscape Navigator

I believe you can’t hit the level cap in ME1 on a single playthrough (which is odd because they said you should be able to), but for my first playthrough of Legendary I hit level 29 (of 30), it just had the same crazy high XP requirement to 30.

Sometimes people die in narratives. Giving them redemption (Mordin) or a final hurrah (Thane) is fine.

Oh no! I hope the Batarians didn’t get him!

If it weren’t for point 2, I’d be all for this. Right-wingers getting grifted is my jam, but fuck do I hate that they actually do stuff now.

Listen. I don’t particularly care for her media as I’m in my thirties. But I will die for her.

There isn’t. This “mod” is, outright, a crack that allows people to pirate the alpha.

Blizz is surprisingly in the right here, though. A guy cracked their closed, invite-only Alpha meant for QA purposes at a larger scale.

There’s a distinct quality dip in writing around season 12 that doesn’t really pick back up again until after the movie. But after the movie it’s solidly a different show with a different sense of humor than the “golden years”. It’s not as “funny” but it’s as affecting. Mainly, at the start it was mining the character

Cops aren’t legally required to protect us, though.

People said the said about cocaine.

I hadn’t played a Renegade in a while, so Shep randomly pulling a gun on people is a fun kind of ridiculous.

MaleShep is a huge weenie, so he’s paragon it’s so sickly. FemShep is a renegade all the way, pulling guns on people for no real reason. But mostly Hale can really sell the Renegade voice-acting.

It depends on your level of being a fan. A lot of people say “huge fan” or “they’re my favorite artist” in an attempt to cash in on being “cool”, “hip” or “with it”. This is more of an issue between the definition of “poseur” vs “true fan”. Which is inane because I thought it was obvious that Yang fell in the former

Control and momentum primarily, with a big smattering of “Where’s your spine located if/when you whiff this?”
