Plus he was marketed as one of an action duo (Rey and Finn) for the Force Awakens, became the emotional/human throughline in Last Jedi, and kind of gets nothing in Skywalker. It seemed like they were going for Solo, but then they made Poe the Solo when Poe was suppoed to be a Biggs/Wedge.

On top of that there’s the number of people that “wait until the [symptom] goes away” for things that they should probably get checked out. Why? Because healthcare is expensive and the issue hasn’t either 1) become an emergency or 2) hasn’t severely impacted quality of life.

Yeah, I ended up skimming a lot of the opening stuff because it was a bunch of things that have been written in various articles about this stuff recently. Then it turned out I’d skimmed 80% of the article before it really began talking about the most recent happenings.
