It did not, even though it’s as close to ideal as you can pretty much get. But then again NO ONE wants nuclear waste stored anywhere near where they live. But the US began testing casks as far back as the late 70's

Pretty sure the US also did this, at least once maybe more in the lead up to Yucca Mountain IIRC.
Yup if you are not in the active process of passing you should never be in the left lane, the exception being an approaching on-ramp. Move over and let those morons who can’t get up to highway speed before merging get on the highway. Also if conditions are clear how about going the limit. I have been stuck behind…
I don’t think I EVER saw one, like if you were buying a Cadillac SUV it was Escalade of get the fuck out.
“the problem is that I don’t think you need a CDL to operate even a large one.”
lol fair enough and both of those would have about as much traction as my V10 powered go kart. I am pretty sure just idling would be doing burnouts lol.
“I’d settle for taxing investment profits at regular income tax rates.”
You are thinking to small, viper powered go kart anyone? Or maybe super/turbo charge it and somehow cram it into a Miata.
Yes but that is also a proper heavy duty truck that can do truck things. The equivalent ICE comparable truck to this would be the Denali 1500 which maxes out at 5100 lbs.
Exactly, also since these are coming from used vapes I think this is a great use since many would just end up in landfills and not recycled anyway.
Keyword, restomod, though I do mostly agree with you. Also while I generally dislike slammed trucks, for some reason slammed dually’s have a small place in my heart. Probably because of the one featured in Replacement Killers. Though to be fair it was less slammed and more just lowered.
Look IMO lane splitting is fine, in stopped traffic in a traffic jam, or stop and go, but 100% do no think it should be legal in moving traffic when people would be merging/changing lanes.
I mean on one hand sure, a natural disaster is a natural disaster, but if it’s my ONLY form of transportation nope sorry. IF my choices are, help the grid and potentially strand myself with no transportation or fuck the grid but be able to get some place I know the option I am taking.
I would have to see the numbers. There is just no way you are having wait time in seconds, for a max 4or 5 person car, versus a bus that holds dozens.
“All this and I still dont understand the need for one 64oz cup to carry from the house, to work, the mall, gym, etc.”
Yeah dealers that do that kind of thing do so because they don’t WANT to sell the car, they use it to get people in the door and sell them an Altima. And it’s not like the Z is some super special halo car. Heck there are luxury dealers that won’t even give you the time of day unless you look like part, i.e. look…
Yeah I mean based that one example of my car, it’s different color and it’s a 300C not a 300S, my car with half that mileage may have gone UP in value in the 4 years I owned it LOL But I mean a 320 mil 2020 Model 3 performance at under $25k is crazy considering it was $56k new, and this has essentially no mileage lol
Possibly, couldn’t tell ya. Part of me thinks this is overstock inventory they are just trying to make ANY money they can on them.. thought considering how fast EV’s depreciate might be a bad idea to drop these on the used market at the end of the lease. I mean a 2020 my Model 3 with 320 miles, yes you read that…
Please tell me BEV doesn’t stand for Bentley Electric Vehicle. Kind of like Ferrari did, WE WILL NEVER BUILD AN SUV!!! Purosangue enters the chat, hey cool Ferrari build an suv, Ferrari SHUT UP you plebes, this is an FUV, a Ferrari Utility Vehicle
Well for better or worse they are eye catching so throwing a wrap with you business with certainly get eyes on it lol. We have 3 in town, that I have seen, one plain, one wrapped in white, and one wrapped for I think an engineering or surveying business.
