Ugh Assassins Creed barely even needs the modern day stuff. What makes it compelling is the ongoing battle throughout two secret societies over the ages and this secret alternate history that exists. The modern day stuff helps frame that but is hardly necessary to enjoy the core of the franchise, which is stabbing

Is it just for me the audio get slowly out of sync with the video?

The content war is just making it harder for consumers to access what they want. I already need to subscribe to several music and video streaming services to access what I used to with just 2 apps a few years ago. It’s hard not to see this as the start of an arms race for comic platforms. Really not looking forward to

Like all HBO shows. And NO don’t make them binge-able. Let the people make the shows they want to make how they want to make them. I love shows that take time and make you invest in them.

Now that Deathstroke has gone a few issues, does Priest still have it?

What do you think about a comic called “My Two Jessicas?” about Carol Danvers dealing with her wacky friends Jessica Drew and Jessica Jones?

I’m sure I’m not the only one that will mention how much I loved DOOM PATROL, but I’m curious what you guys think Young Animal could mean for DC moving future? I ask because personally, I feel like this is as close to old school Vertigo as we can get right now, and I am DESPERATE for something that isn’t just towing

“The Rock wants to know... why are they dressed that way?”

I picked this up on the whim and enjoyed it. Curious to see where they go with it. And pleasantly surprised Evan noted it.

Yep. Complete with articles of unsupported faith and moralistic punishments.

Many years ago I came to the realization that our economic system is basically our modern religion -- complete with a class of “priests” who make a point of keeping it all obscure and mysterious so the rest of us have to just go along with what they say.
