Either get an M5, or make your vile offspring climb in the back of your M6 with the proper number of doors. Why make a 6-series 4-door, with "Coupe" in the name no less? Are we going to see a 4-door version of the 4-series? Why not put a panoramic sunroof on it and call it Cabriolet, after all, what's in a name? To be

High five!

"This [V6] seems like the engine to get." Oh, that's adorable! "60 just .2 seconds slower" is way too sensible thinking, 0-60 isn't everything, the V8 is just the right choice, period. I can see the reasoning behind the Bentley CGT V8 over the W12, but for the Mas you should only get the V6 if you must for the price.

So I guess LeMons is a shitting contest then, depending whether or not it even has your approval as "legitimate racing," cause those cars are some of the illest-conceived pieces of work of any racing. Relax with a cup of tea, you've had a long day.

I'm going to Abu Dhabi soon, I'll have to see if I can watch some sand drags!

I have no problem with the power. They said they're working on a tune. I think more than 300hp in a FWD car is more than anyone can use. It's the $15k markup that I think is the crime. And those seats look stupid and like something from 1987. Other than that, a perfect hot hatch which we're lucky enough to even have

Great interior. This looks like a great supercar, but it's just not an NSX. The NSX had 3 pedals and was about the cleanest mid-engined car ever. The Acura-ized front end on this is the farthest thing from clean. Maybe call it NSZ. Or VSX. Or an actual word with meaning.

Did not know that. I would have the V8 GranTurismo if I could. A V6 doesn't do it for me on higher end cars. They don't make as nice a noise as V8s and V12s. On lesser cars a straight 6 is generally cooler than a V6. However a V6 has been a staple engine in Alfa Romeos so they have to get it right. The engine from a

A dumbfuck? So one should never drive in a spirited manner even in an empty parking lot I guess? What's the point of a performance car then?

You just learned that today?

The MGB coupe looks fantastic. Ever since I learned they existed I wondered why I never see them.

My first thought went to BMW too. Not sure which is worse, coupe version of the fatass Coutryman or 4-door version of 6 series with "coupe" in the name. The 5GT is an absolute travesty. Remember that time GT (Grand Touring) meant fat sloped roof tall sedan-ish turtle, oh wait it didn't, GT means medium to large

I guess GT kind of works, the original Dart GTs were a fairly low trim. They could put a 210, maybe 220hp turbo in it and call it GT Sport or GTS like the classic Darts. Then go with 300hp, AWD and a 6MT for the SRT4.

Someday I'll probably have kids and I'll break down and get something with more than 2 doors. This is on my very short list of family friendly cars I would love to own.

Well at least we agree on something. There are some cool convertibles, but usually losing the roof makes a car lame. There are some 'verts I would like to take for a spin, but nothing I would ever want to own.

Now we're talking. I still don't think it's a copy of a Corvette, but there are some similarities.

I totally agree, and think "wop engine" is the funniest way to put it. Alfa better bring their A-game, at least 350hp from a N/A V6 and an excellent exhaust note if they don't want to see some boring Chryso Pentastar V6 going in their cars.

A fat soft-roader mommobile honestly could be just what the brand needs to turn some profits and get back to building some desirable cars. It looks much prettier than just about any CUV. Most of the styling points are tasteful and eye-catching. The shape doesn't do anything for me, but I hate CUVs so not important.

I'm still not following, the 512 is mid engine. And looks nothing like a Corvette.

Can't argue with those choices. What do you think of that one Benjamin Preston? http://jalopnik.com/5970012/the-best-and-worst-cars-ive-driven-this-year/gallery/1?tag=jalopnik-reviews
