I guess I don't mind the 60+ Skylines/GT-Rs, doesn't hurt anything. But where's my Ariel Atom, Gumpert Apollo, Aston DBS, Cad CTS-V, BMW 8-series, Ferrari 355, F50, Ultima GTR, Koenigsegg CCX, AMC AMX, GMC Syclone, the list goes on. Every RUF is '00 or older, where's the CTR3 or the 997 and Cayman based models?

Stop this nonsense! So far today I count 3 posts completely unrelated to motor vehicles, 1 about an airliner, and 5 others that fail to imply "Obsessed With The Cult Of Cars."

Front of the 996 ruins it completely.

@jjj7088: I'd rather talk about all the ways to prepare shrimp. Or how to spell Forrest.

Minivans and CUVs are pitiful because they scream "compromise."

@jjj7088: Thank you so much. Where's the feature that makes it enjoyable to drive?

Jeez there's a lot of hate for this car, a little overly judgemental are we? It's pretty shoddy, but it looks to be a work in progress judging by the mismatched front and rear wheels. I would re-do it with better wheels, a steering wheel from a pre-airbag model, put the cone air filters behind the foglight holes

The California doesn't exactly live up to its name, and most people that buy it do so simply for the Ferrari marque, but it's not too bad, Ferrari has done worse.

"I don't always drive Baja, but when I do, I prefer BMW."

Cool car, and sure I guess it's still a Ferrari, but it's really not special or very interesting to me since it has a Rat motor. But if it pisses off rich arrogant assholes then I fully support it.

I understand you want to distance Jalopnik from the Tea-Baggers and the douchey conservative fear-mongers, but I see no harm in any of these articles being published in these magazines. It's just to raise awareness of what's really happening. Look how automotive laws have changed over the past 40 years. You have to be

A Nazi joke would be perfect given Porsche's historical background, but I'll refrain cause I like Porsche. That, and I can't think of anything clever.

Same as my favorite real car.

There is no "least Jalopnik car," anything is pretty much fair game here, it all depends on how it's used and enjoyed. That said, someone driving a track prepped 944 Turbo S is obviously an enthusiast while the Boxter does tend to attract posers.

"My Porsche, I feel, makes me a better driver." It's evident that's what most douchebags on the road think, this guy just confirmed it.

I'm only 20, so the only car I've lost was my first car, a beat up but comfy and reliable '95 Intrepid which I totaled (not my fault of course). It was fun while it lasted.

If it breaks they're gonna have wicked fast little Mazdabusa babies.
