Buddy, you understand how bigoted what you just wrote about Carson is, right?

I never got the hate. It was substantially the same show for its entire run. There are bad episodes in all four seasons. The first is clearly the best season but I wouldn't call any of them bad.
The point wasn't that he was fated to be with Robin. She was a girl who he clicked with and liked and loved, but she wasn't his one. Just because thy met by chance, and not by some fate, it doesn't mean they couldn't be in love.
I like your analysis. My response would be that the whole show was about Ted's convoluted and neurotic search for the love of his life, and how it was wrecking his immediate now. When he finally surrendered to chance and left the whole idea of fate behind, he met the mother of his kids and fell into a real love. …
I'll come to your house and mumble at you 30 minutes a week to help you find closure.
My burning hot take, the HIMYM finale was pretty good and perfectly encapsulates everything bothgood and confounding about the series. The series was always about deconstructing the idea of "the one" and people were shocked SHOCKED when the finale took it to its logical conclusion. It's like people who hate the BSG…
It sucks in a very entertaining way.
If I know anything about anything, it's that open letters are super-duper effective.
Many states are becoming more progressive. They're also becoming redder. Republicans have co-opted progressivism in many economic ways and Trump has shed their moralistic baggage. Democrats are not keeping up. Hillary Clinton's promise to "keep everyone at minimum wage but higher!" just is not what anyone wants to…
I think every state except NM and IL not on a coast will be. Look at the legislatures and governorships of those states . Look at the local mayors and school boards and town councilmen. What party are they?
I know. All the ones I listed did. They're going red in 2020.
Awwwww, that makes me sad.
First rule of television - only kick people who can't kick you back.
Um, those movies have made a LOT of money.
Considering Minnesota, NH, Nevada, and Colorado are only getting redder, it's a safe bet.
Out of 20 or so spots? It's the island of the misfit toys where three functional potato heads accidentally got stashed.
Isn't this the definition of a gritty reboot?
Have you seen Trump's cabinet? Priebus, Chao, and Haley are the only remotely "traditional" members.
This is the most interesting thing to happen politically in any of our lifetimes. Watergate was a wet fart compared to this. And people seemingly are stubbornly sticking to the old talking points rather than even trying to understand exactly what's going on. It drives me nuts that all people seem to be reducing…
Chauncey Gardener wasn't real. Trump is very very real. But even beyond that, Gardener's stupidity was accepted as profundity because he looked right and talked right and because he was sold by the media as a genius. Trump is the exact opposite, he said everything wrong and did everything wrong, and was castigated…
