In ten years or so, you're going to wonder where your life went so very wrong. The answer is here; your life went wrong here and now it's wasted.

Agreed

Crash has more claim to Oscar than Eddie Redmayne. *MO'NIQUE* has more claim to Oscar than Eddie Redmayne.

Nope. Big melodramatic performance, but not as bad as Redmayne. The Theory of Everything should be burned, every copy. Lobotomies for all of us who watched it. It's for the species' survival.

Worst. Oscar Winner. Ever.

OK, who would Rubio, Cruz, etc. have won that Trump didn't? Moderate Republicans who stayed home. Some Gary Johnson voters.

Look at every business dealing Trump's ever been involved in. Look at his level of involvement. It's insane micromanagement. You telling me the presidency is when he decided to say "screw it"? That's why I'm confident we'll be living in Trump's America, not Republicans' America.

Look, we have to blame someone and we sure as shit aren't blaming Hillary, so where does that leave us?

Absolutely. And so would have most people. They'd have been crushed.

OK, time will tell. I *love* saying I told you so.

The DNC couldn't find their ass with both hands. Cruz with his affairs, Jeb with Gulf War, Rubio for his sexy times with guys in public parks.

This is like talking to a child. Do you understand why constitutional rights are not subject to a majority vote? If you don't, you never will.

The Democrats thought people were going to wait in lines for hours to vote *against* someone. That's where they screwed up. The Democrats gave absolutely no reason to vote for Clinton other than "she's not Trump!"

Rubio, Cruz, Bush, et al. would have been crushed by Clinton. They had too much baggage, and unlike Trump, they were ashamed of their baggage.

They still haven't learned. Which is why people are saying Trump's going to be a figurehead, or that he's going to be brought to heel by Congress.

It isn't. If it makes you feel more comfortable to use exact terms, the constitutional right to an abortion would be abolished, and any right to abortion afterward would be subject to the whims of state legislatures. The majority of which will quickly outlaw it. Abortion will become impossible for gigantic swaths

I know it isn't healthy. But this is literally the first time this has ever happened. That an outsider took the presidency and is completely unrestrained by special interests. He can work towards what he believes to be the best interests of the country and break his opponents if necessary.

If you are against abortion, and think it's should be illegal, just say that rather than hiding behind you incredibly poor idea of what constitutional law is.

Donald Trump has not taken one person's order for the past year and a half while running for the most powerful office in the country. Why on earth is he going to start taking them now when he's President? I think Donald Trump over the next two years is going to take intense delight in breaking his political enemies,

The whole point of having constitutional rights is that they are not subject the whims of majority votes. They are inalienable. The courts don't have the right to hold you indefintiely without trial, or to torture you as punishment, or to take your property without due process, just because you cross from Virginia
