It’s hard to nail down. I think legal experts concur that family courts have gotten more equitable over the years, but that’s due primarily to old-fashioned judges retiring and even lawyers willing to hear out single dads who want to be a part of their children’s lives rather than just saying “don’t bother fighting”.

Family court is VASTLY more equitable than MRA bullshit might have people believe- especially in the last 20 years. The disparity between custody arrangements is far too often explained by the fact that Men, statistically, seek less custody, or are more likely to be unstable, physically abusive addicts.
