TBH, I was leading the hate last time they posted about halo top, but since going keto, I now sort of get why people like it. Also dang, the oatmeal cookie flavor is really tasty.

I’m doing keto so I gave in and tried Halo Top the other day because i just really wanted ice cream and didn’t want to wreck my progress. I was as against it as anyone, but to my surprise, it’s pretty tasty. Not real ice cream good, but way better than I expected and doesn’t taste weird.

So I gave in and tried Halo Top. It’s actually pretty tasty (at least the oatmeal cookie flavor is). It’s obviously not the same as real ice cream, but it’s good in it’s own right, and it doesn’t taste weird like I assumed it would.

Yea, but they rehomed the cat on Twitter, to a stranger, before they were even pregnant, and then he was a total douche about it when people understandably were concerned. I get that sometimes rehoming has to happen (work in rescue), but this was not at all similar to what your sister is dealing with.

I work in rescue and I am super icked out both by the actions they took and the way he addressed it. Everyone else I know in rescue felt essentially the same way.

Only in the sense that there was an ideological divide among the group - is cheesecake really a cake, or is more of a pie? Considering that it has a graham cracker crust, I’m inclined to think it’s really more of a pie than a cake, but some people really objected to calling it cheese pie.
