I have 100 skeins of yarn in my house. Be afraid. Very, very afraid.

I mean, how can you trust a man that would be like “eww” to Guacamole?
Also though +2 for the accurate spelling!
That must be a thing going around the conservative internets because someone on twitter and my Trump loving uncle have both said something similar to me (that alt-right is something liberals are doing to make conservatives look bad) in the past couple of days since the Milo thing happened.
Lot of people on my Facebook praising them for this and the Milo Yiannopolous thing but idk, seems like they really don’t deserve any credit for *finally* taking a stand against the alt-right when they were so openly fine with the racism and white supremacy for so long.
Yikes, that guy’s face, he looks so angry!
Not sure how it works with the questions, but the senior policy director for my senator said i can call his DC office and request to be on the next tele-town hall, so you might try giving your rep’s DC office a call and trying that.
So they finally realized it’s probably not great for their brand to be openly associated with the alt-right?
Most welcome. I honestly love them and will probably buy a canvas pair when these wear out because they are just super comfy.
IDK if it’s true for other representatives dumb ass tele-town halls, but apparently for our dear, absentee senator, you can be included in the tele-town halls if you call or email his DC office and specifically request to be included in the next tele-town hall. Might be worth a shot for other reps that are too…
I mean, you can really only do what you can do to help them not have a weird relationship to money. I think a lot of kids just see what their situation is and if it’s relatively the same as the other kids they know then that is their understanding of what is normal, hence why I didn’t think it was abnormal to take…
They are essentially like this shoe, but leather instead of canvas, and the heel is suede. The sole is comfy like the ugly versions of crocs though.
I have a pair of crocs that I bought for $6 at a thrift store when I was on vacation, because the shoes I was wearing at the time were giving me blisters. But they look like normal shoes! I didn’t actually realize they were crocs until later when I took them off and saw the label on the back. They are actually…
I grew up around rich people that spent on flashy stuff (fancy cars, expensive clothes, etc), with parents who were not into spending on flashy stuff. I also grew up with a very confused idea of our relationship to money. As an adult, I look back and am not surprised I was confused, because my dad drove a 15 year old…
So myself and a couple other ladies that I met through a facebook group organized a rally outside of our absentee senator’s office (there are actually rallies outside of his office multiple times a week now bc he is super bad at listening to his constituents). We collected lots and lots of letters (over 2000!!) to…
Agreed! My sister coaches gymnastics now for a recreational league that still has meets and what not but is way less intense (only 5 meets a season), both in time requirements and also atmosphere. Her girls seem really happy doing it and I have never seen anyone scream at them for stupid ass reasons.
Yea, it’s probably more likely that it was not the same coach or gym (unless we are thinking of the same creepy, pet iguana-having Napoleon complex of a man in which case we totes probably trained at the same gym) - it’s just unfortunately quite common at that level. USAG really failed a lot of girls.
