PS+ is old games. As you play games in the library, the number of titles you want to play diminishes. It’s an ever shrinking value for what you pay. The big games from first party don’t get added day and date, so you either sit around for a year or so waiting, or you buy day 1 in which case PS+ has no value for them.

"Will its offline solo mode conflict with online play, or be open to exploitation?"

Considering the developers broke their promise to backers on this and didn't offer them refunds, no, the axed offline mode will not conflict with the DLC Cash shop opportunity mode.

I'll stick with my 7680x1600 resolution setup that includes the ability to play consoles and watch movies without it being obnoxious or using all the monitor space my computer has at its disposal. PC gaming in eyefinity, or pc use with a console running, or a non-ridiculous looking video/movie - I'll keep my setup,

Don't second guess yourself Kotaku and go with your first guess.

Ah, because vampires suck the life out of people to stay alive. And EA sucks the life out of gamers to keep in business. And because having EA at the end would have been a hilarious and fitting end to the article. Sorry I had to explain it all to you, but now you know.

I'm surprised EA didn't get into this list, as it sucks the life out of every gamer.

Sony finally adds a launch feature of the Xbox 360 to its console, a whole generation later, and the faboy's can't stand the thought of it being noticed and called out :)

They'd expand this idea right into the hands of people taking over accounts by buying used controllers, or someone swiping a controller at a tournament to gain the persons account, or just add incredible hassle when you have to find the right controller to sign in your roomate else you have to sign all the wrong ones

If you honestly thought Sony was going to store entire accounts on controllers, then I am sure fraudsters and people looking to steal accounts by buying used contollers are far more disappointed than you.

I'm unclear how 90 PDFs can amount to some bare minimum specs information, a new controller button, and an Xbox 360 launch feature. A lot of the article is explanations and mention of other rumors. The amount of actual information this article presents could fit on just one page of a single PDF.

Well to be fair, the article is a bit unclear about it. The wording. To be honest I hadn't realized the PS3 had such an inability until now. I would have thought I'd have heard more about that. Then again, many of the Xbox 360 features I enjoy I take for granted.

I thought even the original Xbox allowed different controllers to be signed in to different Xbox Live accounts? Granted, no achievements, but still.

If this is profiles saved or tied to a controller, it is an AWFUL idea by Sony. They were just fined for 250,000 pounds for not protecting user data well enough, and now they are going to let anyone who swipes a controller gain access to that persons account instantly? Also, trading in a controller or console would
