Cops are always looking for the ways you’re breaking the law. Not that they’re always looking to see if you’re breaking the law, they assume that everyone is breaking the law and they just need to figure out how.

Always assume the cop is lying.

If cops can lie on the job sometimes and for some reasons, when can they not lie, and why should we ever assume a cop is not lying? Isn’t lying to get justify an arrest almost the same as lying to get a conviction?

As a Chicagoan, I really wish they’d let this go. Yeah, the man lied. We all know this. This lie did him no favors. Fine his ass, and let it go. Shit like this distracts from the fact that a person’s odds of getting away with murder in the city of Chicago is greater than 50%. Put some time and resources towards that!

Isn’t this the city who had at least one detective to have been found to have coerced confessions and witness testimony, planted evidence, and lied in court, and who is still collecting a full pension? 

White people need to worry about their own damn selves. Where is the outrage when a white person does something? I cannot believe we are still talking about this shit. Who the fuck cares. Look at the president ffs.

It’s not about justice anymore. It’s about revenge at any cost.

Way too much money and too many resources are being wasted on this. Just let this isht go. Damn.

Hey remember when Jussie Smollett convicted and locked up an innocent man? How about when he entered a home and murdered an innocent woman playing video games with her nephew or when he choked to death a father who was selling loose cigarettes?

Definitely recommend reading the original book by Tribole and Resch! I got a bachelor of science in Nutrition, and that book taught me more about what a healthy relationship with food looks like than my degree did. 

As someone with a troubled relationship with food after losing a lot of weight, I found this inspiring. I’ve never heard of this concept before. Its tough to talk about, but thanks for posting.
