Why’s he an idiot? Because he says things that make you uncomfortable? Do you not hear of Muslim terrorists killing people around the globe daily? Literally every day.
Sure, he picked a poor way to say this. But this outrage is what happens when you’re more worried about how people say things, than what they’re saying.

It’s a pretty simple point, that when you have a small extremist faction of a much larger peaceful group, that small faction can rise to power quickly and do great harm. It has happened before. But that’s over everyone’s head here.

Curt Schilling is an idiot, and it’s idiotic to compare (almost) anything to Nazis, but the overall point regarding extreme views of a not insignificant portion of Muslims is not one that can or should be so easily dismissed. It has real-world consequences, and we should enthusiastically call out shitty belief systems…
Um...does the man not have a point? What exactly do you find so wrong about him pointing out an actual fact? Yes, the majority of Muslims act peacefully. The same could be said about Germans in the 1930s and 40s. There’s a pretty easy parallel to be drawn there. Why the outrage?
What are the real numbers? I’ve heard a lot of support for at least that Muslim number being true. No idea about the Nazi one and it’s apples/oranges anyway.
I’m a centered minded person, and it’s like there’s no real center anymore. I believe in tolerance. I don’t believe you should force somebody to make you a wedding cake if they don’t want to. The way the far left is, if you don’t agree 100% with what they are saying lately, they start screaming and calling you names…
