and will continue to fuck the rest of you over.
What makes me angriest about places like Kansas is that yall make shit decisions like Sam Brownback and then when the economy tanks somehow blame the democrats. It’s doubling-down rather than course correcting for eternity.
I also brew my own flu vaccine in a vat out back behind the birthin’ shed. Don’t need no gummint help nossir.
I know this is a very serious topic, and I join you in your outrage, but “my island has no man parts” made me snort my tea a little.
Rugged Individualism is going to be the fucking death of us.
Despite the apology, Robert’s tweet really sums up how many congressmen appear to feel about women’s health care. Like it’s a joke.
Seriously. Why the fuck do I have to pay for his testicular cancer screenings? Why do I have to pay for anything that doesn’t affect me directly? I pave my own roads and teach my own schools and put out my own fires too! I AM AN ISLAND AND MY ISLAND HAS NO MAN-PARTS.
It’s the Yankee way. Nobody loved trim more than Jeter.
UFC fans do yourself a favor and at least DVR this fight tonight. It is free on CBS. This is going to be a good one.
Yeah but then you have to live in Kansas with a shit school system and no museums.
I kind of believe his intent, albeit the explanation is weak.
Where the fuck do you live that $100k is a 15% deposit? God damn urban real estate.
Decimation is in the eye of the beholder. At least 62 million Trump voters look at this as an attack by the biased liberal media on a good conservative woman who made a mistake and admitted it.
I’d bet that typically enough people without pets take out the books that it becomes less of an issue. The problem generally isn’t something spending some of its time in an area where it can get dander, it’s something spending most of its time in an area where it can get dander.
We dont clean the books when they come back
Some of the arguments against are weird, like cat hair on books, do people think normal libraries refuse to lend materials to people with pets? Pet hair gets on books regardless.
It would be more of an issue if, say, the cat had a favorite stack that it spent a lot of time in rather than short term incidental exposure in people’s homes, although it is true that dusty old tomes have been known to make me sneeze on occasion, too! That’s kind of a known risk, though.
It would depend on where the cat liked to hang out, KWIM? Most of the book would be fine, but if there was a particular stack that the cat liked to rub up against those books would not be great for me to handle and keep on my nightside table while I sleep.
the books themselves might be enough to set me off
