For MMO’s, Dark Age of Camelot brought me into the world. And I still believe it has the best PvP until now on any given title.

And he does that a tad too good, really. Because as soon a Genji would pop that ult, you can be sure at least one support will be dead, as for his agility and doublejump/dash bypasses the frontlines with ease and go for the supports without problem.
It’s also because he was able to exterminate supports with ease because of his high mobility during his ult. Doublejump + Dash made him even be reachable to Mercy who could’ve evaded his attempt by clinging onto a rocket jumping Phara.
While I don’t mind the buff on her offensive kit, her Ultimate was something I saw as a high-risk, high-reward move. Pulling off a explosion by throwing your mech at the right time at choke points and get away alive was very satisfying.
What my problem is with this shoot-to-heal mechanic on Ana is that it requires more attention to the subject you want to heal compared to the other healing supports.

I believe when he talked about the Hanzo/Widowmaker hitbox thing behind cover, he referred to this one?
I see this more and more on 3DS titles, with barely even a manual present in form of a slip of folded paper or nothing at all these day, but 2 or more booklets about health guidelines, a few pages of ads AND MAYBE a code for a club or something else.
Oh, I am very well aware of his damage potential. Using a charged up shot against a Bastion works wonder when all orbs connect on him and it feels great when you can burst down someone by surprise.
It also seems the supports get less XP per match on average, because mostly they only get a chance to receive medals for healing and objective time, while all the others can go for eliminations, damage done and objective kills on top of it, having more chance to get their shiny gold rewards.
But too squishy for anything else, really. Lower HPS than Mercy (30HPS vs 50), orbs have travel time, no self health recovery, no disengage when being jumped on and very low health which gets you killed by a body shot from Widowmaker.
I also felt the baddies were kind of out of control in a rather stupid way.
That remind me of the Banner Saga system, where each turn is swapped between you and the enemy, meaning the less enemies they have, the more turns each individual enemy gets before your party has been cycled through.
That may be the case, I am just wondering how they can explain the conflict here where you can PvP eachother in 2 teams, when the ideals of the characters are the same but aren’t under the pretense of being mercs, like TF2 is. Not to mention the relationships of certain characters with eachother.
I know, and they do a good job with it, although Valve did somewhat the same nearly a decade ago with Meet the [Class].
I meant the game itself - The big questions I got about this is all summed up in “Why?”
That’s the issue I am having with Overwatch - Where is all the fluff they give for the story in the game itself? It feels more of a Story with A Game, rather than A Game that has a Story.
Wow, even on twitter he gets more torn apart than people wishing him well.
Still doesn’t justify the quality it has right now, especially for a Blizzard title.
There’s no direct connection from the stories and trailers you see on videos compared to the ingame stuff.
