It's four fucking hours of Snyder jerking himself off. The theatrical cut was watchable even for a bad movie.

Doom Patrol is great. DC doing one thing right.ok well I don’t like the CW stuff, but people do and I tried it and don't hate it. Just not my thing. 

Sucker Punch — and the flags it sends up in me that he, and anybody who likes that movie, truly is a sexual predator of the first water. Trying to watch that film made me physically ill at what an abusive fuck he clearly is.

Honestly if the worst we get is old man tries to me hip and cool with bland likable music, then I'm fine with it.  I say this as a big Steely Dan fan.

12 years?  Hollywood has OFTEN done much, much worse. 

I guess the Kingsman movies are trying to be “Bond, but younger and hipper”. Personally, I think that’s a fool’s errand (Bond movies have done okay with younger generations for the past 50+ years), but if you are going to go that route, I preferred Vin Diesel’s xXx franchise, which seems to have died.

Yeah, not good look if you don’t want people to think you’d prefer putting out yet another superhero movie over your family’s emotional welfare. So him bagging hard on Whedon and the theatrical cut is two-fold toxic. 

Why does Snyder hate on Whedon’s cut so much, like it was a personal attack? He talks as if Whedon stole the film from him, but Snyder voluntarily left.

I went to a theater simulcast screening of this when Rifftrax did it live years ago and damn near bruised a rib from laughing non-stop.
