I’m thinking, based on “it was our hosts PC streaming the match and his responsibility”, that the PC with the mod was just spectating and streaming the match (essentially a middleman for outside spectators), and so the only mods that could apply would be visual in nature.

Shouldn’t players and sponsors be asking what other mods they had installed and forgot to turn off? I would be suspicious at every game I lost if I believed I pressed the correct input and my character did another thing, even though that happens to me in every game  

If they had found just the head and maybe a few bones from the tail  nobody would have been able to guess at a size like this without being laughed out of the archeological community. They got lucky finding the biggest bones on the body. Even a conservative estimate given these bones has to be immense.
