I think it looks cool but the Bethesda buggy mess part is my concern

As an aside, I’m the last guy to gripe about engines, normally (yes, even Unreal 4), but the Starfield imagery I’ve seen...jesus. Just take Gamebry- sorry, “Creation” - out the back and shoot it.

Eh, not sure I’d agree with acclimating to low framerates. I’m sure some people certainly can but it’s also highly dependent on the game’s genre and inputs. If you’re playing an FPS at 30 FPS with MKB, it doesn’t matter if you have perfect frame pacing. It’s still going to feel bad and you’ll never get over it.

Ah... they already did the oppressed ‘Irish’ guy leading the resistance turns out to be the bad guy in Bioshock.

Payday 3 looks pretty much exactly like Payday 2 to me. I was hoping they would make it a bit less combat focused. Shooting swarms of braindead cops that rushed into doorways quickly got boring to me. I would love for the game to have fewer, smarter cops and maybe some hostage negotiation type gameplay. Basically as

there’s only one skin i would ever buy: jimmy stewart’s character from Rear Window. let me wheelchair around the fortnite map with a telescope you dumb motherfuckers

The only time I use anything resembling a YouTuber skin is when I’m playing WWE 2K23. And that’s more because I’m a fan of Xavier Woods/Austin Creed as a wrestler and part of The New Day.

“We’re keeping it at 30 FPS, because any higher than that, and it will be too obvious how janky the animations are. Just be happy to have something other than another 2D sidescroller to play.

Normally I’m anti-flaying, but hey desperate times...

It’s important to remember that some of the earliest large scale victims of the Nazis were LGBT people, especially transgender. The first public book burning was after they ransacked the world’s first trans clinic. So when these edgelord assholes are just “expressing their opinions” or “politics”, they are LITERALLY

And they also know that by saying it they’ll be able to use it to make money, because everything these people do is some sort of grift.

FaZe is slowly morphing into a collition of new incels isn’t it? Ah, and btw, there is no genuine pride to be found in fear and ignorance. This hill you choose to die on isn’t noble, especially since you simp for a fascist.

What is it with RWNJs and trying to play martyr when on gigantic piles of cash?

Good maybe now I won’t see as many sad cunts using a youtuber as a skin.

Removing his skin is tough but fair.

I’m a fan of the original to the point that I didn’t really need an update to any core gameplay to get me back in the world, but this is a really good addition for the DLC. Maybe it will finally tie up the game in a nice enough bow to where gamers will stop panning it.

So are there potentially large swaths of the game where your skill points (in sneaking, shooting, talking, etc.) have nothing to do with anything since you’re just walking around some alien woods that stretch hundreds of miles in every direction?

I don’t inherently have a problem with a game that wears its influences on its sleeve. I do have a problem with marketing BS that pitches all of that as new, innovative, and exciting, while at the same time trotting out such timeworn Bethesda classics as “NPC anchored in the center of the screen staring creepily at

So it’s obviously not going to be a fully open galaxy, since that way lies madness. What I’m wondering is how much of the “landing on a planet” is going to follow something like the DA:I/ME1 model where “you can only choose to land near something interesting” (since we didn’t bother to seed content in the other 190

Starfield is generic space shooter vibes. Was looking forward to seeing it but it just looks meh.

Coming from an ex-sony fanchild, this presentation was WAY more exciting than the last two (SGF and Sony).

However, there were very few dates and lots of ‘2024' release windows. Also pretty disappointed that the coolest looking game announced (which I think was called “[KANJI CHARACTERS]: Path of the Goddess”?) isn’t
