Nah, it’s be great if this was a proper shooter.

The art style is 11/10.

Yeah, I saw the art, then I saw “Marathon” and I was like “HOLY SHIT YESSSSSSSSSSS” and then I saw “PvP multiplayer only extraction shooter” and it’s like, what the absolute fuck?

As someone who liked Marathon, and knows a lot of others who did, absolutely no-one who ever played Marathon wanted the name to be slapped onto what is basically a very pretty version of Escape From Tarkov.

Wow. Beautiful visual design. It’s called Marathon.

Agree 100%.

Is Strange New Worlds any good (from the perspective of old Trek)?”

Pike’s Peak”

Right? That’s what I’ve been assuming.

Sure. I’m just surprised to hear that said. I was really excited for Prodeus then I was like “Oh. I guess.” when I actually played it.

You’re a piece of shit and the response isn’t at all weird - you’re just butthurt as fuck because you got owned in your attempts to mindlessly insult someone.

Photoshop receipt” where?

“Somehow Doom Clones returned.”

The problem with the IP is that it wasn’t always like that, and sometimes still isn’t. The first and second editions couldn’t have been described that way (even though second coined “grim dark” accidentally with “In the grim darkness of the 41st century”), and were pretty funny and didn’t take things too seriously.

The real problem with 40K is that since 3rd edition in 1998, GW have made it more and more Space Marine-centric. And it’s a vicious cycle. At this point, like 75% of 40K fans are actually just Space Marine fans, which is dire, and absolutely wasn’t how it was when I was playing 40K back in the day.

Looks great”

Insulting to law enforcement! OH NO!!!

Ugh is this the future? People being extremely shitty and pathetic about opinions they don’t like an claiming “AI wrote this”. Fuck off.

No. They just didn’t like that the show ended with a mediocre celeb-centric clip-show-y episode rather than an extremely funny one.

There is no greater example of how public opinion can get hijacked over time, than with LOST.”
