Right...but isn’t that just evidence of a lack of accountability? If the Federal Government authorizes $200 million to a state for (x) isn’t the state responsible for providing evidence of the results of that expenditure? If not then this should be stopped.

What would help is a simple clear presentation, project by project, of how Federal Government spending on programs like are in that package has produced results.  “We approved $200 million for improvements in (x) in 2019. Here are the results of that expenditure”

Looks to me like he rounded them up and was charging them which would be done individually. Watched both. That’s all they’ll get out of me. Could have been good - it’s a target rich environment - but this was like watching cardboard cutouts deliver lines produced by an “Office Situation” randomizer.
