I don’t agree with this, for the sole reason that there are varying degrees of what is considered “drunk.” Age limits are set in stone, no exceptions, no room for interpretation. But alcohol? What qualifies as “drunk?” Is a girl (or a guy, for that matter) unable to consent if she’s had two glasses of wine at dinner?…

Aren’t your first and last paragraphs saying opposite things? If a drunk woman (person) can’t consent (paragraph 1) then it doesn’t matter that she says she wants to have sex with you (last paragraph).
