Their calculus is that 10 shows that cost $100,000 to make might get more subscriptions than one show that cost a million to make, regardless of the moral or even financial value of the IP itself.
This, of course, is stupid as hell.

I disagree with that sentiment because people will eventually just get used to whatever new standard is. It happened many many times in the past already, and it shows when there's entire generations who grew up with that controller standard.
If they’re designed smartly they would let you switch the backplate to a smooth one with no buttons.
The touch pads on the Steam Deck are so much better implemented than on the DualShock 4/DualsSense that Sony should be embarrassed. I’m glad that Sony continues to support them, because they are useful, but they definitely need some work.
Same here; usually they make their minigames obnoxiously in-your-face obvious, but I didn’t see anything at all this time around. I figured they just hadn’t bothered to make one. I’m a little bummed - I’m in the vanishingly-small minority of people who gets a bit of enjoyment out of those distractions.
After No Way Home successfully mashed up and deconstructed different styles of superhero movie, I can see a live action One Punch Man working.
Has there ever been a good live-action version of an anime?

I feel like Duke Nukem kinda just sucks as a character... but if they lean into him being a cringey tough guy stereotype but have him actually have the skills to pull off crazy shit to save the day it could be fun. I was also thinking John Cena could be fun in the role but now that I think of it maybe I should just…
That is definitely an odd choice, but it might actually be interesting to see what the Cobra Kai people do with it.

There are over 45k pages of federal laws on the books. I have no idea how many state laws exist in each state.
they have been openly fighting (many times violently) for fifty f*cking years and we have to hear not to “silence their voices” that’s just stupid
Pro-talk and pro-respect is when I take away your rights.
Not only has no one ever silenced the voices of anti-choicers, anti-choicers have always literally killed pro-choicers and are about to get rid of a person’s right to their own uterus (not very pro-respect!). Ryan is absolutely wrong in his implied false equivalency.
