Tifa is dating Aerith anyway. Cloud is just Tifa’s wingman.

I really think it’s due to their “you can be invaded any time if you’re in body form/kindled/playing DS2/whatever” mechanic. Sekiro had a normal pause function cause there was no coop or invasions there. I mean, it still doesn’t explain why you can’t pause in offline mode, but it does show that they’re not

TBH, it feels like another (very questionable) mechanic that is supposed to create difficulty/tension/immersion: you can’t pause in the middle of an encounter to take a breath or collect yourself, thus keeping the stakes high or whatever.

“It is VITAL to the SECURITY of our ENTIRE NATION that we go to war!”

It’s almost as if war is somehow less relevant to society. Weird.

In case this makes no sense to you, Ironmouse (who is, let’s remember, a petite Puerto Rican woman) regularly collabs with fellow streamer CDawgVA, and he made a (clearly false and said as a joke) claim that Ironmouse and Chris Broad (a male, English YouTuber and documentarian who also frequently collabs with CDawgVA)

I love Metroid. My phone background is the title screen of Super Metroid. The only action figure I own is the Prime Samus Figma. The Metroid Dread announcement got a bigger reaction for me than the Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey announcements combined.

I had a hard time starting Zero Dawn after experiencing the gyro aiming from Breath of the Wild with a pro controller. Thank the gods I stuck it out because I’m now a huge fan of the game, I think it’s the first title I’ve preordered in at least a decade. If the gyro aiming works as well as BotW, it might make a great

I believe some of them are only available digitally in Europe. IV definitely is, it came here late too.

Pocket Card Jockey is another good eShop exclusive, this one made by Game Freak. It’s a unique blend of Solitaire and horse racing.

Picross 3D: Round 2 is only available digitally on the eShop in North America. That’s the biggest loss here, IMO.

How you going to make this list and not include Picross 3D: Round 2? It’s the best of the bunch!

I don’t think this is even modern capitalism, considering most other companies have figured out that they can make money by selling products that people want to buy.

You're equating videogames with toys. Ernekid is equating  videogames with art - as they should be. Hence, preservation. And no, they aren't overreacting. Not in the slightest!

Honestly, it’s by making great games. In general, unless it’s something truly heinous (and let’s be honest, this is shitty but not unforgivable), people have pretty short memories. BotW2, a whole new Mario, Metroid Prime 3 releases, whatever. All will be forgotten until the next time they do something stupid and

Piracy is now the only realistic way to maintain video game archival preservation because it is obvious that the Video Games publishers couldn’t give a shit about it.

I feel like the phenomenon described in the review is a very valid point and putting it into the review of this game is pertinent.

I remember the game being easy, so you probably only had to learn the game mechanics more?

Basically at each star level there’s a cap on how many additional stat boosts you can get with random battles. So you *can* grind but only to a point.

Including it in the NSO expansion pack *almost* makes the expansion pack now worth it.
