You can only pause the game if you put it on single player mode so you can’t be invaded. If you want to allow invasions then he game keeps running even if your in a menu.

Steam has ways to connect a controller that has gyro and get it working with any game if you do the legwork to set it up, or someone else has shared a profile with it set up. So if the PS5 version doesn't have it can get it set up on PC.

Yes. A lot of game offer both version when you buy them on ps5. It didn’t clearly show which version you were playing because it use to install both versions at the same time. A lot of people didn’t know that they were playing a ps4 version of their game instead of the native ps5 game.
