"640K is more memory than anyone will ever need."

Everything is the proper size. Nothing will shrink. It Just Works™

Wait... isn't not being able to read the text a FAILURE of engineering rather than a feat? It doesn't matter how impressive the technology is if it makes something worse.

Graphical elements that aren't retina-optimized will show up just as big if they would on a normal resolution display. Your software will not shrink. Nothing will shrink.

They have. It's called upscaling anything that isn't high resolution. So everything will look exactly the same, except for the stuff that's high-resolution. That'll just look clearer. It Just Works™

They are truly professionals in this department.

My advice to you is: never buy a retina display machine. Because you'll notice the difference immediately, and you'll continue to notice the difference whenever you switch to a normal-density display, and it will kill you.

Nononononono. The system takes care of all of the sizing. Everything is the same size as before. They're just clearer. A LOT clearer.

How does a video game not make use of different screen resolutions? I'm confused.

At least they managed to reduce the glare by, what was it, 75% or so? Don't know how they managed that, but it's something.

But that's the thing: you CAN'T beat the retina display. You can't make the screen any better, in terms of pixel size. Any higher pixel density would just be a marketing gimmick. The human eye is simply incapable of noticing details that small.

The operating system takes care of all the sizing. You don't have to change a thing. It Just Works™

They aren't going to be disclosing all of the security precautions they take. Just the format that the password is stored in in the database. If a hacker is in your system, it's not going to take them very long to figure this out on their own. It won't help them to get into your system if they know how the

Four words: correct horse battery staple.

If they get access to the passwords in the first place, then they already know how the passwords are formatted / stored / not stored.

My prediction:

It's simple. That makes it pretty.

I was sneakily implying that the iPhone is one of the s̶i̶m̶p̶l̶e̶r̶ easier to use phones on the market.

I thought the iPhone was the only phone with that ringtone though.

Thanks for this.
