GM is dropping car play from EV models because it does not align with their EV architecture visions. Their newest ICE models and EVs launched before the switch still have have it, like the Lyriq and refreshed 2025 Yukon (most recent launch).
To be fair, its not a traditional column shifter so you still get a learning curve.
Yeah, they also fail to recognize that by selecting a relaxation mode you are literally asking it to do all those things.
