I’m not normally a very outward and publicly patriotic person, but seeing American cars go toe to toe with the Europeans in a European event and do well
HVAC, air vents, windshield wipers and gear shift seem to be pretty low hanging fruit.
I drive by their Houston store/delivery center every day and they have between 10 and 30ish sitting out side every day, so either they are moving them around a lot or they are selling them...but I very [very] rarely see them in the wild but may just be due to the fact they are low volume and it takes a while to build…

Barrowing absolutely makes sense in some cases. TVM is a real thing.
Looks downright glamorous compared to the Nissan Quest above.
So far it seems the ones in Houston are just mapping roads and are being actively driven by a Human...it should at least let them learn how to react (or not, depending on the driver) to aggressive drivers, but not looking forward to the cars doing it themselves.

It added the 5.3L (and associated 6 speed), G80 mechanical locking rear diff, trailering package, dual zone climate, and fog lamps. Either me or the new car manager were…
I didn’t watch it live so maybe that would skew my opinion due to excitement, but watching it two days later I think the walk out concept is fine....but they did too much. walking out of the arch while their name is called would be fine, we did not need an orchestra or cheer leaders and it should have lasted 2…
Back when I worked at a chevy dealer (2011-2015), Chevy had the Silverado as Texas (PDA) or Florida (unsure) Editions, which was the same package aside from badges...but all the other states could get the same package just called the All Star Edition (PDU) and had no badges.
I would probably just not take my family to these types of events.
