I guess you didn’t scroll down, huh? Also, the response was not literal. It was based on the responses that the F1 story is getting on most social media, not my opinion of GM or Cadillac.

Well, your picture shows Gross Vehicle Weight Rating, not curb weight, that is the issue, not the source.

Your answer was only .69 seconds away, nice.

Cadillac is doing pretty well in its own right. Looking at the championship standings, Cadillac teams won 1st, 2nd, 3rd in the IMSA DPi Championship in 2017, 1st and 3rd in 2018, 2nd in 2019 and 2020, 1st in 2021, and 3rd in 2022.

driven along in isolation to the world.

What on earth is Cadillac thinking trying to get into racing? It will never work, GM can only compete in NASCAR.

I am never quite sure what to call a non-plug-in hybrid, other than a non plug in hybrid so i tried to simplify to traditional.  Probably should have just stuck with the tried and true, so thats my bad.

It is clear you are having a bad day.  I hope your day gets better so you don’t call some other random stranger autistic.  Cheers.

That is a plug in hybrid, right? From what I can find, with a 14.1 kWh battery, so yeah, that makes sense.

Do they not have oxygen masks on these planes? Aren’t those automatic in a depressurization event or was this low enough that it did not trigger that?

Southwest loved this story.

Thanks. It is a plug in, as you mentioned by calling it a PHEV. This conversation is specifically about vehicles without a plug, as is in the comment you replied to.

Thanks for the info. I’ve always like the CT, especially in F-Sport flavor. I knew nearly every full hybrid did all electric at low speed by design, never knew any had a mode for it without being a plug in.

Interesting. If you press the gas too hard does the ICE come on or is it a true EV mode and only accelerates as much as the battery/electric motor can provide? Also does it give you any sort of range or is it even measurable in miles?

Right, nearly any full hybrid will do that in normal operating mode. I was referring to a driver selectable battery only mode. Sorry, should have been more clear.

A selectable mode? Or it is in “normal” or “eco” and just happens to drive fully electric in the parking lot?

It is not you who is wrong.

the goal is to attract people who will spend lots of $$$ via shows, gambling, clubs, drinking/eatting, or concerts and other live events
