What about crossing into the inside of the track? Or will Planet Hollywood and Paris be exclusively for F1 people that weekend?

I am pretty doubtful they will be open to the non-paying general public.  But also doesnt help people checking in or out of hotels inside the track.

Yep. The only time I watched the old cars go around the track was when I was saving my spot for the F1 events. I watched, on purpose, the W series last year, and would do the same for F2/3.

Seems pretty naïve to think every electric car has the same ride and handling feel/quality, build quality, service network/accessibility. To say nothing of vastly different interior and exterior design philosophies.

You are talking about payload. Bed capacity is the volume the bed can hold.  Payload is the weight it can support.
