I am not letting her off the hook...all I am asking is why HE should sue her? The state should and will charge her criminally for hit and run. While he should be held liable for the damages to her vehicle.

I couldn’t care less about her. Just curious why HE has any sort of case against her. The state, definitely for hit and run and they should throw the book at her.

My biggest take away from this is:

dude, he still caused a fucking wreck.

Those are consequences of him running the red light, no?  I guess you could argue, “I have PTSD and worry that next time I cause an accident and the other party doesn’t stop, it will be in an area without bystanders to assist me.” But that seems like a stretch.

I’m not on either persons side here, but what damages did he incur from her failing to stop? 

He probably doesn’t accept deliveries that include items he cannot carry.

Honestly, just the license plate surround would be kinda cool subtle[ish] homage to the woodies of yestercentury. Especially on a dark grey wagoneer. The full size is a bit much for me.

Hypothetically, if the US bans ICE cars in 2050 but has exceptions for brands like Lamborghini that is basically saying the wealthiest are allowed to buy and drive new ICE vehicles but commoners cannot, which is definitely bullshit.

Will this update be for all supercruise cars or just the newest version, as currently only some have automatic lane change that did not get added to earlier cars?
