We’ve played the lion’s share of the first act in Early Access and most everyone I’ve talked to and played with has agreed that it’s very fun (and a pretty good adaptation of 5th Ed rules).

Behind the Bastards did a very interesting run down of these children’s books “by AI” scam that some folks are pulling; using LLMs and AI “Art” to pump out quick children’s books that have all of the depth of a puddle in Texas right now.  It’s an actual danger to pre-literacy learning.

Mog (FF6) is the best and none really come close.  Montblanc from tactics maybe, he basically formed a mercenary army.

He’s got a Sasquatch bodyguard as well. 

Something tells me Stockton Crush was casting a wide net for deep pocket dopes.

i wonder what it would cost if all tacos just had that shell going forwards.  It’s so much better than the normal one (and resistant to sogginess).

They can answer a lot of questions by just showing us the in game map.  If it's loaded with a million icons, we know it's a paint by numbers open world game that ubi does fine but completely without any sense of novelty or innovation.

So they can create another version of the game a year down the road.  

Obsidian made Fallout New Vegas.

It does feel really good that BG3 was paid for like 2 years ago.

It does feel like this is the synthesis game for everything Bethesda’s been doing well the last 15 years. Some things we’ll just have to see about. Combat looked better, but that’s something you just have to play to get a real feel for. The procedural planets might look great, but is this version of the Radiant quest…

TB has always had a pretty devoted Vegetarian following.  I do wonder if they can stretch that appeal to vegans as well.
