I honestly love Kingdom Hearts, but I started skipping scenes left and right near the end of III. I was just fucking done listening to the bullshit. It makes no sense anyway, no matter how many of the games you’ve played or explainer videos you’ve watched, so what’s the point in wasting all that time? Started skipping

Playing Cuphead on Switch, so I’ll be screaming “Bullshit!” a lot this weekend. I like the game a lot, but glad I didn’t buy an XBox just to play it since it is hard as fuck and pretty great, but definitely not “buy an entire console just to play it” great. Also playing some Resident Evil 2, if I can find the time

Not a remake, definitely more of a “reimagining.” Silent Hill is a classic, Shattered Memories was hide-and-seek bullshit.

Maybe it was retailer exclusive? I got a cheap-ass 2" Leon toy from Gamestop.

I always buy Senran Kagura CEs, but am usually disappointed TBH. I don’t listen to the soundtracks and quickly forget about the artbooks. They aren’t too expensive though, and I don’t mind spending the extra money on a series I love. Wish we got the toys from the Japanese editions, US and EU never seem to get the same

I should have bought the CE... I’ve never been a huge Zelda fan, so I barely bought the regular edition. Then BOTW turned out to be one of my favorite games of all time!

Resident Evil 4 on Gamecube, which came with a steelbook case and some kind of history or Resident Evil booklet

That Tricell bag was cheap, but I still have it somewhere and smile when I see it. And don’t forget about that Africa medallion that I was always to embarrassed to wear! It was nice quality, but I could imagine the looks I’d get as a white dude with a medallion of Africa around my neck. It was just too much to

I’m a sucker for Collector’s Editions. If I’ve been waiting a long time for a game, or if it is one in a series that I hold dear, I will usually waste the extra cash for whatever goodies they throw at me. I may be in the minority, but I love the steelbook cases and usually feel the downloadable goodies are the best

Thanks for the reminder, forgot about that total bullshit. I vowed to ignore DSIII when I read that, guess I should follow through and not them pay for DS1... again. I really want to play it on a handheld, though. But $30 is too much anyway.

Really want to play Darksiders on Switch but I’ve already bought it twice and never finished it, and last time I spent $20 to buy it on PS4. Can’t justify spending another $30 on it, even if I would probably, finally finish it since it’s handheld. Guess I’ll wait for a sale. I would’ve jumped at it for another $20.

I LOVE Senran Kagura titles, but I could do completely without the minor/child-like characters. I only play as those characters to get trophies or for completion, and tend to overly dress them so I don’t feel as gross. I wish they were all mature, grown women with womanly bodies, personally. Not that that excuses the

I agree that the atomic bombs dropped on Japan were an absolute disgrace. It’s important to also understand that allying with Nazis and launching unprovoked military attacks are also disgraceful acts.

Drawing looks like Tim Rogers, description sounds like Cliffy B.

I thought of Tim Rogers right away.

Have to agree. MGR > DMC > Bayonetta

What do I do? But let me tell you a secret: I played a fair portion of this game buzzed on wine and still managed to get mostly S ranks during missions, at least on the default difficulty.

I really liked 4, but it left something to be desired. I went back and added the exclamation points when I was done. DMC4 was really good, but not quite “Awesome!”

DMC1=Awesome!
DMC2=Awful.
DMC3=Awesome!
DMC4=Awesome.
“DMC”=Awful.

I love the series (when they do things right) and I do like Ninja Theory’s other games, but “DMC” tried to reinvent things and create their own world, and it fell flat-much like Capcom themselves did with DMC2. By any other name, “DMC” would have been a

I’ve been playing DOA since DOA2 on the Dreamcast, and never had a problem with the sexuality (although I am getting really sick of the debate over whether it is necessary or not, to be honest). It is what it is and I’ve always accepted and enjoyed everything from character design (mostly), to the tight and varied comb
