I disagree. Movie Zemo is a much more compelling villain, with a satisfying motivation. A weird suited nazi would have been a letdown. Zemo is exactly what the movie needed, a simple personal mystery and a villain who succeeds. Zemo destroys the Avengers with subtle manipulations. He is competent and focused. I love…
