One thing I’d really like is that I use Stadia on my Chromecast with Google TV - why not allow me to use my Stadia Controller wireless to play Android games that are on the Google TV. Google effectively has two gaming platforms why not integrate them a bit more for synergy and cross-selling. Would give users a larger

Talking Animals does not a Sci-Fi make.... the animals don’t talk to the humans nor does their talking have any impact on the plot as a point of contention - for the animals it’s normal to them. It’s just cartoon / child-film logic as a means of allowing us to project onto and empathise with characters that happen to

Found it weird that Thanos didn’t get a mention in this article.

I don’t think many of the TV actors would be the casting choices made if it was the same teams as casting the film’s. I only really think Kingpin, The Punisher and the sadly dead too early Ben Ulrich are really of strong enough calibre!

Reason this is probably going to work out for them. DMG is a Chinese company so any films they make will have an easy path to distribution, no black-out periods, no counting towards limits of western films allowed theatrical showings. This would give their cinematic universe an edge over D.C. and Marvels that will

I don’t have a problem with Princess Leia having force powers. But personally I thought the way it was executed was just really hammy and naff. I don’t think it does the character justice doing stuff that doesn’t really serve her arc or increase her agency. I think have Leia die at that moment would have been more

Anyone else wonder about whether the Klingons have been given cloaking technology by the Romulans in order to stir up trouble for the federation?

Was always worried about Colin Trevorrow so this is no bad thing. Rian Johnson continuing probably wouldn’t be a bad thing. Deffo for not having the bland safe pair of hands style of blockbuster director.

Basically, if you want more episodes then get people to watch it, Netflix have obviously looked at viewer figures and decided they weren’t high enough to cover production costs. Netflix love stats so petitions won’t work, but doing their marketing on their behalf might.

They should get the Duffer Brothers to showrun it. They’ve shown they can handle patient character development and TV with a cinematic style.

First world problems!

See you make some good points and I am interested in the New England proposition. But I don’t think location was quite what made it stumble. I think ultimately the script, plot and dialogue were actually quite strong, but something didn’t quite seem to pull it altogether as well as it could.

Ugg.. people mindlessly worship this guy too much.

I wondered if the Ultron robot we see Quicksilver and Scarlet Which with is actually The Vision? Didn't see him anywhere else and the vision was made by Ultron in the comics, and he's being acted by the guy that voices JARVIS, so makes sense would make sense he'd look similar.

See I think Kinja as a backend is a very clever idea, but I think the frontend could do with alot of finessing. If Kinja really wants to take off as a blogging platform for people outside of gawker media, they should really consider some method of theme customisation similar to wordpress/tumblr.
