@♫ Realityism ♪♫: Many Verizon phones work on GSM 900/1800 (I believe) because that's what Europe uses. As someone else said also, all their 4G phones WILL REQUIRE a SIM since they're going to use LTE, which is a branch of GSM technology.

@thinkthis: I work at AT&T and the number of people asking for the 4G, G4, and 4GS brings me physical pain. In fact, while writing this someone asked how much it would cost to get his wife the 4G. *sigh* It is kinda Apple's fault, but it's also everyone's fault for not reading. @MikeSWelch: I've used one for probably 5 years now. Greatest mouse ever. So comfortable, so fast and precise. Love it. I'd never use anything else except maybe the G500, and only if I liked the feel of it after using it a while.
