Found it….."Da Funk" by Daft Punk

Looking for the name of Group/song/video seen only once on AMP. It involves a guy with a boombox walking a city street,dressed as a dog. It ends with him trying to get on a bus but can"t because his radio won"t turn off. HELP !!!!
