I heard there was a dating app called Hinge that was touting itself as an app for 1. people who wanted to stop using apps (aka everyone who wants to find someone to settle down with) and 2. weird people. And I thought the combination of its purpose and its name made it the dumbest thing I had heard about in a while

I only now just started to notice his right eye (our left view) looks like it’s bulging a little, like Jeff Goldblum towards the end of The Fly. Is this what happens before he becomes full on Gruden-Fly?

We are talking about a man who, when he owned a team in the USFL in the 80s, touted Doug Flutie as the ultimate QB. So I'm sure his eyes aren't on the prize of a protected pick.

Somewhere Dan Snyder is going “SEE?!?! IT’S ALL ABOUT THE SYSTEM!”

In his defense, what else is he supposed to do in such a dull[es] environment?

I pay a buttload to have a room in a 3 bedroom that faces a wall and never gets any sunlight. The plus side is that since that’s so dreary, I only go home to sleep, and thus I’m far more active.

So weird, I played through it again through December. It’s a lot easier than I remember, especially in the latter stages of the game.

It’s not just that he kills our enjoyment, he gets away with it and gets upset anytime someone brings it up.

I wonder if he’s ever going to get it. Ladies, what do you think?

The headline photo encapsulates the reaction when an old white person says “You see this is what’s wrong with this country...”

You’re right that the things I’m nitpicking at aren’t deal breakers. The main deal breakers in the past have been a lack of games, expensive for little logical reason, or an overly anti consumer right out of the gate.

I’m still listening, but it interested me when you folks were talking about Octopath and DQ11 (which I also found both of them disappointing). I played FF6 on the SNES classic over the holiday at my parent’s house, and noted that most of my love for the game these days is couched purely in nostalgia for it since it

It’s too early to tell if they’re going down the path of “PS3 is 600 bucks, vita has dumb expensive cards that don’t work as well as a micro sd”, but they’ve had a bit of a general arrogant attitude and anti-consumer attitude for the last few years. They’ve stopped giving Indie developers as much promotion as they

I wouldn’t go as far as OP either, but I do feel that we’re seeing the same complacency Sony exhibited post-PS2. They thought they could do no wrong so we’d just accept what they gave us and like it because Sony damn it. Meanwhile, their competitors did some cool things or made interesting products that didn’t cost as

1. Love burrito. It’s basically the only song I care to listen to each holiday season.

Age inconsistency jokes.

Indeed. And I listened to them all with no knowledge of dirty computer being on the way.

I feel like I robbed myself of five years of not having listened to electric lady by Janelle Monae, after finally devouring it this year.

“...and Jeter Downs.”

I’ve not been a fan of the circus ever since I realized what they were doing to the animals was cruel.
