Can we maybe stop talking about his tweets? There are things that the Republicans are doing everyday that threaten the American way of life. The president’s asinine tweets are the perfect cover as they are both sensational and largely inconsequential. Let’s give it a rest. Please? Our way of life, based on some of our…
I don’t always trust Steam reviews, but when I do, it usually works out in my favor. cat/10
A 5 cost 8-8 with taunt is crazy enough, but to also set health to 40? That’s the most egregious power creep I’ve ever seen. That’s the kind of thing that makes casuals run for the hills. I play to 20 every month and do some tavern brawls and quests, but just knowing cards like that exist makes me not want to play.
Every time this happens, I’m fascinated and confused.
I’m ignorant on this, don’t watch his channel and this is the first story about this I’ve read, but let me understand.
Sony made good use of the reveal to great effect however. Everyone remembers the mic drop for the PS4, but for me, the words “$299" followed by the spokeperson leaving were the most epic thing in forever. We’ll never, ever see stuff like that again.
No, I’d say the worst hardware reveal was the sneak launch of the Saturn, which pissed off developers whom were stuggling like mad to try and get games ready for the official launch only to find out the damned thing had been snuck out of the door and causing the buyers for Kay-B-Toys, whom at the time was a still…
Roses are red, violets are blue, please don’t move while I try and stab you.
I can’t wait until developers start getting nostalgic for Mega Man X.
Beards. I always try to recreate my own face, then add the most imposing beard I can find. Why? My girlfriend doesn’t like Bearded Me, so I take my (admittedly very minor) revenge by filling games I play with him. Also, more seriously, because I feel like I look better with at least, like, a goatee. I’m not sure what…
Yup, came here to call out DA:I. It’s still installed on my PC, because I would like to eventually finish the game, but after putting about 100 hours into those sidequests only to eventually realize far too late none of them result in anything other than a time sink, it’s hard to play again for more than 10 or 20…
I liked DAI for most of the game but near the end yeah, you realize how empty and repetitive it was and my ultimate impression was it sucked. Oh yeah, in trying to 100% the game I found out one or two things were impossible to get!
Holy damn, same on that shard quest. I thought for suuuure there was an exotic/amazing weapon in there. Such a waste. I’m all about collecting stuff for cool upgrades, but wasn’t it just a rune or something dumb?
Dragon Age Inquisition. I could be cute and say “All of it,” but I’m particularly thinking of the Shard Collector quest. Rarely have I invested so much time for so little payoff. It became a metaphor for the entire DAI experience to me: invest nearly 100 hours and find that none of it really pays off.
It gets a lot better after the first two. They make up for them and you learn the history of the Avatar Cycle itself with the first Avatar.
I can’t blame you. It truly does get better, really, but never TLA good.
The Last Airbender has attracted a broad and passionate fan-base over the years, and was eventually succeeded by its well-intentioned but ultimately less satisfying uneven but still better follow-up, The Legend of Korra.
