This is so true, and I've fallen for it so many times.
This is so true, and I've fallen for it so many times.
I have unlimited data and (foolishly) used 20 GB of data in a week when we lost internet at home. A month or so AT&T sent me a tethering text, at which point I had stopped. The next day they sent me another text saying they switched my plan to tethering because I kept tethering, which was not true.
Can we expect decent SLI out of this one? I have a GTX 460, which should be able to handle it just fine, but I'd like to know if adding another 460 would help or not, since BF:BC2 didn't play nice with SLI.
I hate society's take on foul language. I'm a senior in high school, but I think the f-bomb is dropped far too often and it's become so commonplace that you can hear just about any young teen swear excessively.
Took me forever to figure out why I recognized the song. The video song is Boadicea by Enya, but it was sampled in "I Don't Wanna Know" by Mario Winans and "Ready or Not" by The Fugees.
I'm just a high-school student working at a pizza place as a delivery driver, but I'd definitely do it for free. If anything else, it gives me something to do in my spare time, and I get free food.
I have an old Wacom Graphire4 6x8 and I love it. I don't do any pressure-sensitive work, but it makes everything more natural.
Not a big fan of Firefox lately. Got a bad Google redirect virus, which seemed harmless until I got 4 nasty viruses simply by navigating to Facebook. Not sure if Firefox is to blame, but needless to say I've switched to Chrome for the time being.
I use favorites a lot, but I use it as a "read this later" button. I check my tweets on my iPhone, so when there's a link to an article that I can't read at the moment, I click Favorite. I have hundreds of favorites, and only one or two are tweets that I actually liked enough to favorite them.
I love Grooveshark. I snagged a 1-year membership for Grooveshark for $20 during their Japan relief effort, so I basically got a free year for donating to Japan. The iPhone app is great, especially the ability to download songs.
It's actually very clever, so I don't know that I'd use the term "ghetto." In the world of hobby electronics, using an oven is not uncommon practice for solder reflowing. Sure, it might be a better to use a heat gun as to not mess up certain components, but I'm not sure those are too commonplace in households.
I'd pay the extra money for a flash drive over a DVD. One reason being that I don't have any flash drives, and the other being that I don't have any working DVD drives.
Same here. There are just too many things it does well to give it up. I have all my CDs ripped in ALAC (I use an application called Max to rip though).
Grooveshark. Got it when they offered a 1 year subscription for donating $20 to the Japan relief effort. An awesome deal for an awesome cause.
Love Amazon, but I really wish they would offer lossless downloads. I always order physical CDs, and waiting for them (although it does make buying music a little fun) is dreadful.
I actually love this "feature." I used to use a tower tracking application in Cydia all the time, but this saves me the trouble. I like having a map of all the places I go, and I don't see how it's violating my privacy at all.
I completely agree. I rarely see people with hats, mainly because I'm not looking for them. I only have one hat, and I got it for the 1,000 kills achievement (or it was just randomly dropped at that point).
I've been holding off on upgrading my 3GS to a 4, but this just might put me over the edge.
The heights are all 2000, but the widths range from 919 to 1500.
Same here. Well, not 7 years, but I've been using it for a few. I've had much less bugs in Opera than in Chrome.
