It’s nurses. Midwife s know about natural births where as nurses don’t. Natural is hands of and mama has freedom.

How much do you know about hands of natural birthing? There shouldn’t be a need to touch a women’s privates ever in birth unless it’s a emergency. I have birthed babies without anyonetouching or checking and they are healthy babies.

Americais not such a free country as it seems. Laying on back is a must in most hospitals. It’s terrible. Mamas need to do what their body tells them just like any other day in life. Birth can be beautiful and messed up if you don’t know the person who delivers your baby.

Do your research and know your rights. I suggest a home birth with a hands of midwife. Study birth. Bradley method,hypnobabies etc
