Instead of buying that ugly shitbox, you peoples need to buy a real 4x4 like a Suburu, I have a trailhawk and it is a piece of garbage and people keep calling me a homosexual because it is a gay mans suv. I only own a orange trailhawk because I am old man and I am a gay but I still hate the cherokee it is slow and has

Lift cost 60 bucks with custom rear spacers lol. 4wD low and rear locker ain't too shabby.

You’re missing the entire point of the guy’s article. He's providing this info IF you wanted to lift he current Cherokee. He could care less what other Jeeps you'd rather own.

Now playing

He’s using the wrong spring compressor. That one is for struts. I have the spring compressor he should be using. It has a shaft that goes up the center with two clamshell like plates for grabbing coils.

But, but I like being able to get my kids to school, have luxury level comfort, great road manners and then go to Moab and do things like Poison Spider and ToP of the world (both just completed by a stock KL with rock rails) if I choose.

Why not, gotta keep up with all the 4dr JK’s at the mall after all..............

Ok, I guess I can play too.............

Haha, I saw a Vehicross on the road yesterday. The looks have definitely held up! Looked like a less than 10 year old vehicle

Better yet - lower it using Dart parts, de-Jeepify the grille and have a brand new, modernized AMC Sportabout!

Was it really that bad? Not being facetious, genuinely curious.

In all honesty, I’d park a KL Trailhawk next to my rusty brick of a XJ. Love my old XJ, but those KL’s have kinda grown on me, the Trailhawk in particular......not sure why, but they have. If I had the money, I’d restify my XJ and pick up a V-6 Trailhawk KL for a winter beater......after finishing paying off my 200.

Don’t worry, your tiny-minded personal preferences are in fact the be-all and end-all of reality. There is nobody in the world who has different priorities or preferences than you do.

Who would ever guess that Isuzu was 15 years ahead of the curve?

How many people actually go rock crawling? It’s got to be less then one in 100,000. My parents have one of these and live about three miles down a rough private road that is sub five miles an hour in a regular car, fifteen in an truck and about twenty five in a 4x4. ( in “not winter”) Winter is a whole other story.

Wow, I didn’t know you were THE ENTIRE JEEP BUYING MARKET! Boy, that’s amazing how you bought 702,626 jeeps in 2012.

okay!

Lift all the cars!
