Yeah, I too feel the issue is more with children not getting the initial series of vaccinations (although the article does not reflect that).

Is it just an issue with people not getting the booster? Or did it get to "epidemic" status because some people are more reluctant to vaccinate their kids?

I agree with you. I have some kind of screen for true friendships. It involves mutual trust, support, time and consistency. That is why I have so few friends. But they are real and they are amazing.
