As someone who's see those Cleveland tourism videos on YouTube, I had the same thought.
I thought the joke about Cleveland was that it's not actually a desirable place to live. The joke doesn't work as well for Italy, Hawaii, etc.

Sleeping Beauty is by far my favorite Disney Princess movie because of the dynamic between the godmothers and also the big battle at the end. The animation is gorgeous too.
