Right? To me Ulta is juuuust a step above Walgreens. The only time I have picked Ulta over Sephora is when I needed to buy a new blow dryer and straightener. In my experience Sephora has better and more knowledgeable staff, as well as more of the products I’m looking for.

Ulta needs to figure out then if they are a competitor to Sephora or to Walgreens. They can’t expect consumers to think they are on par with a luxury retailer when they sell Rimmel.

ulta=fun? Ha. Ulta = crappy drug store environment with less testers, less staff to help, and less opportunity to play.
