It is natural. I'm sorry, it just is. Natural doesn't mean easy. I was really constipated during parts of my pregnancy, so matter what I ate, it was really uncomfortable and very difficult to go to the bathroom (you don't want to know details). That doesn't mean shitting isn't natural.
