And MF DOOM gets incredibly silly. Childish Gambino has some hilarious punchlines, but I just don't like the same beats as him so I only really like a few songs of his overall. But there's still a lot of playfulness in hip-hop, you just have to look for it, like pretty much anything other than club bangers.

But what's Trugoy without a phrase called talk?

Hah I watched it in a night school literature class while getting the last three credits I needed to graduate high school. The teacher was this really nice, grandfatherly type who clearly had very few fucks left to give, but still managed to be engaging.

Looking at the IMDb, it also had Bernadette Peters, Vanessa Williams, and fucking Isabella Rosselini! The 90s were truly dark times.

It looks like the TV movie version of The Odyssey from 1996 with Armand Assante.

I think the Riddler has just given up at this point. "Here, just stand here. There you go, here's your box or whatever, why am I still doing this?"

Can't wait for TGITGOTGV2OST.

This isn't Lili VonShtupp of the 40 Year Old Boy podcast by any chance?

Wanted to give a shout out to a show I've been listening to for the past few months, Shut Up, Leonard. It's a podcast about Community, not sure if you guys here are familiar with that show. I started listening in the middle of season six, and now that that's over they just started going through season three. They

They're just mad because they wouldn't give them free subscriptions to Dread Captain Sean's Booty Krate.

I especially loved how much the audience (jokingly?) hated all the 9/11 jokes.

And RuPaul's Dragon Race, which involves no drag, why would you even think that?

What indicated to you that she was "getting off?" The look on her face, to me, was so much more complicated than that, and all of the comments I've seen along the lines of "wow, Rachel McAdams' character watched porn, that's so hot!" are really bumming me out. (Not that yours was that)

Ever since I went through Slings & Arrows on Netflix I've been waiting for her to get a role fitting her talents.

I'm still convinced this is just an elaborate, gritty reboot of Caspere the Friendly Ghost.

At least he can see it coming with his gift of the second sight.

Yeah, that first season soundtrack got a lot of play in my car. I thought the score could be a little overbearing and "isn't this quirky" at times but when used right could be really effective. That problem definitely carried over to OITNB, though.

I really liked The Inbetweeners when I went through it a year or so ago. I watched the last movie recently, and it is fucking dreadful. I don't remember loving the first movie, but I also don't remember having such visceral hate for it. I hope it doesn't cast a pall on the rest of the series when I eventually revisit

All the Trees of the Field Will Clap Their Hands

I really don't see an argument for season six being some kind of resurgence for the show. It's basically one long red state joke for most of the season, punctuated with the show pretending Nancy is in any danger at all and the Beek boning down with Ms. Botwin.
